The BASS Agents have played a major role in bringing the appeal of Hard Dance into the consciousness of dance savvy youth across Malaysia. The Bass Agents, consisting of XT-Acid, Didjital and Ganjaguru, was formed in 2000 from the humble bedroom beginnings and the underground dance circuit in Melbourne. They finally returned to their homeland in Kuala Lumpur in 2004 and began pushing the boundaries for Hard Dance at local events and club residencies at Barcode and Zouk. The boys’ dedication and persistence with Hardsequence paid off, when it was awarded the “Best New Club Night”, while the Bass Agents themselves were honoured for being the “Best New Local DJ” by JUICE Readers’ Choice Awards in 2005. |
David Forbes is not just a Dj, but one of the UK's most versatile music producers, whether its producing house music for the likes of SUBLIMINAL RECORDS , Trance / Hard trance music for Labels such as ARMADA , FIVE AM , VANDIT , and Silicon. There really are no boundaries to David’s production talents. With a career spanning almost 15yrs, David is by no means new to the music industry and its pitfalls!! From his Apprenticeship in the early rave days, David has become a household name in the Dance music Fraternity. By the time he was 22, David had established himself as an international dj through his productions in the early 90s on the massive Combined Forces label in Holland. This success led him to have regular slots @ the enormous combined forces parties in the Hauge for 20,000 people. David has dj’d @ some of the biggest clubs and parties in, Holland, Switzerland, Ibiza, Austria, Uk Ministry of Sound, Homelands, Inside Out, Colourfest, had 7 interstate tours of Australia since 2000, including headlining the Utopia party in the Sydney superdome for 20,000.
